A Good Catch Dinner at SNOB

SNOB is officially a Good Catch platinum partner, dedicated to serving a high percentage of local, sustainable seafood.

To celebrate, Executive Chef Russ Moore will be featuring a Good Catch prix fixe menu spotlighting four courses of wonderfully local and deliciously sustainable seafood. Good Catch Coordinator Andrea Margiotta will be there all evening to answer any questions you may have about local and sustainable seafood.

Amuse Bouche: Smoked Carolina mountain trout with Story Farm deviled egg
First Course: Little neck clams with potato gnocchi, sofrito
Second Course: White shrimp escabeche with watermelon and field pea vinaigrette
Main Course: Pan roasted golden tilefish with summer squash and roasted tomato
Dessert: Lemon pudding cake with meringue and blueberries
