Pandora’s Box Exhibition at Cone 10 Studios

Cone 10 studios will host a juried exhibition of clay pieces created in response to the phrase – Did you know Pandora’s Box was actually a jar? These pieces, created by regional clay artists in response to the Pandora myth, measure no more than 12” by 12” and will be on display in the gallery at cone 10 studios. The juror, Akira Sataki, will be present at the opening on May 30th to award prizes to participating potters and also to play his banjo. Akira Satake was born in Osaka, Japan and has been living in the U.S. since 1983. He has won numerous awards here for both visual art and music. The exhibition will run from May 30 to June 30.
