Artist Leslie Pratt-Thomas has long since made Charleston her home, and this city is lucky to have her. Alongside her work as a paralegal and a therapist for children and families, she has developed her art through careful, international study with talented painters, including Ian Roberts. Pratt-Thomas has had much success with her work, including being chosen for the cover art of New York Times Bestseller Swimming Lessons by Mary Alice Monroe. Her colorful paintings in still life, landscapes, portraiture, wildlife, and more can be seen locally at Sandpiper Gallery and Edward Dare Gallery. Take a look for yourself; we bet you’ll be adding her to your own collection as soon as you do!
