Theatre Charleston, also known as the League of Charleston Theatres, was formed in 2005 to strengthen Charleston performing arts visibility on a local and national level. Beginning with only five theatres, Theatre Charleston now consists of thirteen member theatres from around the Charleston area. These theatres are:
