News > Hot Summer Nights Series Presents the Folly Beach Arts and Crafts Market

Sunday might be a day when things wind down, but on Folly Beach the weekend is still going strong.  So pull yourself away from that fourth or fifth mimosa or bloody mary, settle up your brunch tab, and procrastinate a little more on that thing you have to do before Monday, because starting at 3pm and lasting until 9pm the Folly Beach Arts and Crafts Market on W. Erie and Center streets in the heart of Folly is just getting into full swing.

On July 25, music, food, drink and an abundance of art are the main attraction, and a welcome one from your typical weekend meander among other Folly stand-bys.  The Arts and Crafts Market lasts from Friday to Sunday, but Sunday is when it hits its stride.

If you’re a painter, photographer, glass blower, or whatever, the Folly Beach Arts and Crafts Market is an open forum for established and fledgling artists alike.  Booths for artists are going fast, and at fifteen bucks a pop, they’re not likely to stay vacant for long.  This is a great opportunity to showcase your art while simultaneously hanging out in the heart of Folly – because let’s admit it, you’ll be here anyway, so why not make a Sunday out of it?

If you’re interested in renting a booth or need more information, contact Janelle Wilfong at blamejanetics@gmail.com.
