2010 Redux Summer Art Institute Exhbition

Opening Reception Friday, July 23, from 5 – 8 pm.  On view through July 31.

Redux Contemporary Art Center has been the premier venue for contemporary art creation, exhibition and support for years, and their educational component has been an incredibly active component of the center.  Each summer, local professional artists devote their time and talents to teaching promising Charleston County School District high school art students.  Exceptional and provocative programming along with strong and sustained growth and community outreach like this certainly speak to Redux’s well deserved award of $70,000 from the Andy Warhol Foundation earlier this summer.
