News > Revisiting: Cary Ann Hearst & Michael Trent–profiled in Art Mag Winter 2011

I’ve been so obsessed with Shovels & Rope lately, the brain/lovechild of Cary Ann Hearst and Michael Trent, I thought I’d share the profile we did on them with you again, from the Winter 2011 issue of buy imuran online https://salempregnancy.org/wp-content/languages/new/imuran.html imuran no prescription
.

They have certainly had a big year.  Hearst was named Singer of the Year, Singer-Songwriter of the Year, Country band of the Year, Album of the Year and Song of the Year by the City Paper Music Awards.  It’s hard to argue with that.

Shovels & Rope also landed the cover of Charleston Magazine‘s music issue and a profile on Shrimp Records in November 2011, with another of Sully’s amazing photos!

At Entropy Art’s  Jail Break 2 on Nov 12, I got some fun video of them performing.  They were rocking out so hard the neighbors complained (boo to them)

Personal Favorites: Bad Luck (Michael Trent, The Winner); Long Road (Cary Ann Hearst, Dust and Bones); Are You Ready to Die, Hell’s Bells (Cary Ann Hearst, Are You Ready to Die); 1,200 Miles, Boxcar (Cary Ann Hearst & Michael Trent, Shovels & Rope).  You can find them all on iTunes.
