On Friday, August 17 the gardens of the Gaillard- Bennett House on Montage Street were transformed from a place of tranquility into a full force fashion frenzy. A red carpet draped the cobblestone pathways where Charleston’s fashionistas rocked their finest designer duds. From ball gowns to gladiator heels, the attendees really brought their A-game to the launch of Kukso Koo‘s solo collection.
Worn by models from Tout, Koo’s designs sparkled and shined on the runway over the garden’s pool. The lace, the leather, the chiffon- the audience went wild over Koo’s flowing and feminine designs. The juxtaposition between Koo’s clothing and the model’s Black Swan makeup by Jonny Cosmetics and bondage accessories was truly inspirational.

All in all, this was a great show for a great cause, with proceeds benefiting Charleston Walk for Autism. Thanks to Jesse Vickers and all involved for putting such a great event together and allowing Art Mag to attend!
