Attention all wine lovers, this one’s for you. Advanced sommelier Patrick Emerson has launched Communion Wine Club, a new full service wine and beverage consulting company.
The company caters to a growing list of commercial operations and restaurants by putting together cutting-edge wine and beverage programs for their businesses. The company will also cater to private clients by offering consulting services on topics such as wine dinners, private tastings, and building a wine cellar in their own home.
When it comes to wine and beverages, Emerson is your guy. As the former wine and beverage director for Charleston’s Maverick Restaurant Group, he has established himself as a wine director, writer, and award-winning cocktail mixologist. Emerson helps to recruit wine talents from all over the world for the Charleston Wine + Food Festival, and he was voted as the top sommelier in Charleston by national and regional critics.
“Not long ago, great wine and cocktail lists were hidden away in a small set of fine dining establishments visited by an elite few,” said Emerson. “Today’s consumer is wide open and ready to embrace a more diverse, more intense and even provocative drinking experience.”
Be sure to check out Communion Wine Club to take your “wine-ing” experience to a whole new level.
