News > Charleston Artst Commission to Partner with Charleston Waterkeeper for Salt + Tide Summer Collection

We’re excited to share the news that Charleston Artist Collective (CAC) has selected Charleston Waterkeeper as their latest beneficiary! For the months of June and July CAC will give 15% of its artists’ sales to this local organization dedicated to protecting and restoring Charleston’s waterways.

When you buy a piece of art from CAC, not only will you be helping support local emerging artists from CAC, but you’ll also be helping to protect Charleston’s waterways and improve the environment.

The collection for this summer is titled “Salt + Tide,” and all the artists’ work will revolve around this theme. CAC artists are as diverse as the organizations they give to, so you’re sure to find something you like. You can conveniently purchase paintings online at CAC’s website.   If you’re not quite ready to make the splurge on your very own piece of art, you can still help out by purchasing Charleston Waterkeeper’s “Charleston’s Four Rivers Poster.”  This one-of-a-kind poster was designed by The Old Try and printed locally by Redux Studios.

Keep an eye on CAC to see which organization they’ll partner with next!
