DIG SOUTH, a festival celebrating the Southeastern digital economy, will expand its digital reach when it opens the Silicon Harbor Welcome Center at 637 King Street on the Charleston peninsula on Monday, August 4. The Center will serve as a destination for visitors and residents a go-to, one-stop place to find information about regional companies engaged in the technology and creative economy.

The Silicon Harbor Center will offer select brochures, promotional materials and job postings provided by technology, tech-related and creative companies. Successful Charleston-based companies like Blackbaud, Benefitfocus, SPARC, PeopleMatter, Automated Trading Desk, BiblioLabs, BoomTown, Blue Acorn, and Life Cycle Engineering will be represented in the Silicon Harbor Center. The Center will be open Monday–Friday, 10 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. In the fall, the Center will also launch an online portal at siliconharborcenter.org
